Exercise is the cure for insomnia
Hello, my name is Alex and if you want to cure insomnia then join the gym.
Well today I went to the gym, I recently renewed my membership and thought it would be fun ![]()
Well as it turns out not only is working out fun but, also all the energy that it uses helps you relax.
Here are some other things that you might find the gym useful for: You lose weight
, You gain muscle
, You meet new people
, You get out the house
.
Unfortunatly being me something has to go wrong and as I was walking home in the dark and in the ice whilst listening to Run DMC
it just so happens that I slip over and fall flat on my ass
So I feel healthier but at the same time my ass hurts like a bitch. Anyway now I can’t get to sleep because I’m in pain, even though I feel so relaxed and out of energy because of the gym.
So to sum up: Go to the gym
but not when it’s been snowing
